Camping tickets are sold on the following terms and conditions:

YOU MUST BE 18+ TO CAMP

• Valid photo ID (a current Australian driver’s licence, passport or proof of age card) is required for entry into the campgrounds.

• Any person bearing or wearing Motor Cycle Gang colours, patches or insignias are not permitted entry into the camp grounds.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

• Liquids of any kind will not be permitted to be transported from the campgrounds into Base Camp.  Plenty of free drinking water is available throughout the festival site, campgrounds and Base Camp.

• Bringing alcohol into the camp areas or the festival is strictly prohibited.

• A camping ticket will give you access to the camp grounds from 9am on 7th January to 10am 9th January.

• The parking area and the camp grounds open at 9.00am, Saturday 7st January. Please do not arrive outside this time as you will be turned away.

• There is strictly no access to your vehicle once you enter the campsite until you leave the event for good.

• Limited passouts will be available from the campsite via the bus stop exit/entry at Base Camp. You may only leave the festival via a shuttle buses.

• Wristbands are not transferable and must be worn at all times. Wristbands will not be replaced if lost.

• There is strictly no access to your vehicle once you enter the campsite until you leave the festival completely. Your wristband will be removed should you decide to leave before Monday morning.

• There will be absolutely no camping or sleeping in or by your vehicles (this includes utes, camper vans and caravans).

• Vehicles are not allowed in the camp grounds – tents only.

• Camping tickets are per person – not per campsite.

• Camping sites are allocated upon arrival at the sole discretion of Southbound staff. Ticket-holders cannot choose their own site.

• Alcohol, animals, glass, illegal substances or anything that could be used as a weapon are not permitted in the camp grounds.

• No metal hammers or mallets (plastic ones are ok). If you need assistance, Camp Wardens will be on hand to bang in your tent pegs.

• There is a total fire ban at all times. Strictly no fires (of any kind, including gas and open fires), flares or fireworks. Anyone possessing them will be removed from the site.
