∞ Arrival & Entry ≈

• Vehicles are not allowed in the camp grounds.  It’s a camping tents only kinda thing.

• The parking area opens at 7.00am Friday, 4th January and 8.00am Saturday, 5th January. The camp grounds open at 7.30am Friday, 4th January and 8.00am Saturday, 5th January.  Please do not arrive outside these times as you will be turned away.

• If you are arriving by car, please follow the signs to the entry gates.

• Parking is free.

• Alcohol is not permitted in the campgrounds. If found it will be confiscated you will be evicted.

• Upon arrival to the campsite all bags and camping equipment will be searched by our friendly staff.  Any prohibited items may be taken back to your car, otherwise they will be confiscated (and not returned).

• Police sniffer dogs may be in operation.

• Our staff will then take your ticket and issue you with a camping wristband in exchange.  Your wristband will also allow you entry into the festival.

• Camping sites are allocated upon arrival at the sole discretion of Southbound staff. Ticketholders cannot choose their own site.

• If you intend to camp alongside friends you MUST arrive together – NO EXCEPTIONS. Sites cannot be reserved for later arrivals.

• If you have purchased a camping ticket and are an ACROD patron, please email info@sunsetevents.com.au so that we can send you the Accessibility Info Sheet.
